The City is replacing all lead water service lines at no cost to property owners. You can view your property’s records on the lead service line replacement map. You may have received a letter about an upcoming construction project that includes lead service line replacement. By submitting this form, the property owner or manager gives us permission to replace the lead service line on the property.
Optional: We also need your help to verify that your water service line is made of lead by uploading a picture of your water meter and service line. This step is not required to submit the form but is helpful for our planning.
After you submit this form, we may contact you if more details are needed. The contractor will contact you to schedule a time to perform your replacement.
